About Cormorants

Just yards from the beach and in the heart of Looe town, Cormorants is a beautiful apartment with a high finish throughout. This middle floor apartment is packed full of character and the space has been well utilised to offer a comfortable, modern and welcoming space that is sure to delight guests.

The main living space is an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge. The kitchen is small but well thought out and includes: electric oven and gas hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer box. There is a dining table and four chairs and the lounge is comfortably furnished and has a Smart TV. All furnishings are brand new for this season as is the flooring throughout. A real bonus of this property is the second lounge/snug which affords flexibility for family groups. Again beautifully furnished this room also has a flat screen Smart TV.

Accessed from the first lounge are the two bedrooms, a comfortable double bedroom with ample storage and lovely bright twin room again with plenty of clothes storage. A family shower room with mixer shower, wc and wash hand basin completes the accommodation. Cormorants has a reserved parking space in the Millpool car park which is a 5-10 minute walk.

The owners of Cormorants have taken great care to finish the property in a modern style whilst retaining its original character and it will appeal to many as a holiday home. The delights of Looe including the beach, river, fishing harbour, shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants are all on the doorstep. With gas central heating throughout guests are sure of a comfortable stay all year round.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for the beach and very central! Was good to have a reserved parking space, although it was a bit of a walk away. Other than that the place was amazing and loved the second lounge area so we could spend the evening once the kids were in bed and didn’t disturb them! We didn’t cook at the house as so many places to eat out but seemed very well equipped! Would 100% stay again as it was just a stone throw away from the beautiful beach.

Lovely bright clean flat, plenty of space, well laid out. Great location in quaint old street, very near to beach and town centre. Free parking in carpark ten minutes walk away, able to park near flat, to unload. Plenty of storage space.

A perfect apartment for a stay in Looe town. Located right in the centre so you are minutes from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Apartment was clean, tidy and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Free parking - parking permit provided and a space was booked for you a short walk away in a local car park. Highly recommended.
