Having been off the holiday letting market for a while, we are delighted to welcome Fishbones back to the books. It is a stylish and spacious apartment for 8 in the heart of Looe town overlooking the main street. Fully refurbished to the highest standard, it is not only beautifully finished in a contemporary style but also well thought out with a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, separate cinema room with games console and 4 en suite bedrooms.
On entering the apartment at the rear of the building stairs lead up to the first floor where the living space includes a fully fitted kitchen complete with double electric oven and grill, five ring gas burner, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave. A breakfast bar with stools is the perfect spot to sit with a glass of wine and watch over the chosen family chef! The dining table comfortably seats eight and there is ample comfy seating in the lounge area. There is a 40" flat screen TV with BluRay DVD but guests may prefer to sit by the window and watch the world go by in the street below. Also on the first floor is the cinema room with 42" flat screen TV with sound bar, sub woofer, BluRay DVD and Xbox 360 with various games. This is a quirky room with comfortable low and high level seating that big kids and small kids alike will enjoy! A double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over completes the first floor.
Second floor accommodation comprises the master bedroom with king size bed, colour changing wall lights, ample storage and dressing table. This room has a window to the rear elevation where guests can look out at the working fish market and see the local fisherman landing their catch. An en suite has bath with shower over and along with the rest of the conversion the finish is stunning with a real feel of luxury. A further two twin bedrooms both with en suite shower rooms complete the accommodation. All bedrooms have 22" flat screen TVs and the property offers free wifi.
Fishbones offers the perfect base for those looking for a home from home stay in a prime town centre location. Shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants are available within a short stroll as are the fish market, the riverside for a spot of crabbing and the main sandy beach. Looe is a bustling seaside town with working fishing fleet and numerous pleasure boats available for trips. For those looking to explore the local area, Polperro is a very short drive or is walkable via the beautiful Talland Bay along the coastal path. The Eden Project is about 30 minutes by car as is the historic city of Plymouth and an hour will see you on the North coast of Cornwall if you are looking to explore the likes of Newquay and Padstow.

Outside: There is no sitting out space. It is possible to park in the Harbour car park just a couple of minutes away to unload. Parking is available at the Millpool car park. From 1st April to 31st October, a weekly ticket costs approx £40.00 and a monthly pass is less at £28.25, the daily rate is £5.70. From 1st November to 31st March the daily rate is £2.40. Tickets can be purchased over the phone on arrival.

Moreton family - 31/07/2021Absolutely lovely apartment spotlessly clean and in a really good position right in the centre of Looe, just a stones throw from the harbour and shops, beach just a few minutes walk.
