New in July 2019, Harbourside sits in a commanding position on the West side of Looe with 180 degree views of Looe river and out to the bay. Number 9 is a penthouse apartment with juliet balcony from where you can enjoy the magnificent views.
Accommodation comprises an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The fully fitted kitchen includes gas oven and hob, dishwasher, washer/drier and is well equipped with ample storage. The comfortably furnished living/dining area has a juliet balcony from where guests can enjoy the comings and goings of the fishing boats and pleasure craft on the river below. The main bedroom has a standard double bed and ample built in storage and a second bedroom has a single bed and again ample storage. A modern family bathroom completes the accommodation with bath and mixer shower over.
Located close to the centre of Looe; cafes, shops and restaurants are all within a short walk. The walk around to the main beach in East Looe is approximately 15 minutes or when the tide is in the foot ferry across the river is just 50p. Closer by, Hannafore beach is just 5 minutes up the road where the Island View Cafe is not to be missed! Opportunities for walking in this area are plentiful with the stunning South West Coastal path on the doorstep. The owners of Harbourside 9 are keen walkers and provide many useful resources in the apartment to ensure guests can access some of the more beautiful and less well known walks and nature spots in the area. Guests can park free of charge on Hannafore Road which is a 5-10 minute walk away subject to availability. Alternatively the Millpool car park is the same distance.
