Nestled in the heart of Looe, just steps from the river’s edge, Libbys is a beautifully furnished second floor two-bedroom apartment offering comfort, convenience, and contemporary style. Located within Buller House, it provides an ideal base for exploring the town, with Looe Beach just a two-minute stroll away and a fantastic selection of cafés, restaurants, and shops right on the doorstep.
Modern & Welcoming Interiors
The apartment features a spacious open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area, creating a bright and sociable living space. The comfortable lounge includes a 42” Smart TV, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, and a few board games for cosy nights in.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering stay, including an electric oven, hob, extractor, fridge,and washing machine.
There are two generously sized bedrooms:
The main bedroom features a king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep.
The second bedroom is a twin room, perfect for children or additional guests.
A modern shower room with a WC and washbasin completes the accommodation.
Parking & Additional Information
A reserved parking space is available in the ground-floor garage, though please note it is only suitable for small to medium-sized vehicles. The entire car must fit within the marked lines, with dimensions of 3.6m x 1.9m.
While there is no outdoor space, Libbys welcomes one well-behaved pet, making it a great choice for those looking to explore dog-friendly beaches and coastal walks in the area.

Outside: There is a reserved parking space in the garage on the ground floor which is only suitable for a small sized car. The dimensions are 3.6 metres by 1.9 metres. PLEASE note the full body of the car (not just the wheels) must be fully within the lines. If your car doesn't fully fit completely within these lines, then alternative parking will need to be found. There are several options available nearby including the Millpool car park a 5-10 minute walk from the property.
The property is suitable for those who can manage the internal stairs as it is on the second floor. Please note it is not suitable for cot age children. One well behaved pet is welcome.
