This delightful apartment is situated in the centre of town at Buller House, just a stones throw from the rivers edge.
Libbys has been refurbished throughout (completed November 2020) and is beautifully furnished in a contemporary and welcoming style. There is an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, a shower room and a reserved parking space in the ground floor garage for a small to medium sized car.
The fully fitted kitchen includes electric oven, hob, extractor, fridge and washing machine. The lounge area has ample comfortable seating and a 42" Smart TV for poor weather days, a DVD player and selection of DVDs and the owners also provide some games. There are two good size bedrooms, the main bedroom having a king size bed and a second twin room. There is also a shower room with wc and wash hand basin.
Libbys is just a two minute stroll from the beach and Looes many cafes, restaurants and shops are all on the doorstep. It is the perfect base for a family holiday in this beautiful part of Cornwall and welcomes one well behaved pet (please note there is no outside space).

The property is suitable for those who can manage the internal stairs as it is on the second floor. Please note it is not suitable for cot age children. One well behaved pet is welcome.
