About Manor House 3

Manor House 3 is a very spacious ground floor apartment situated close to the centre of Looe with the added bonus of easy parking. The walk down into the centre of Looe is less than 5 minutes so everything is on the doorstep to enjoy.

Accommodation comprises a large lounge with comfortable sofas and a 40" Smart TV along with patio doors leading out to a small furnished patio. Off the lounge is the kitchen diner which includes an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer and slimline dishwasher. Free wifi is included but please note due to the thickness of the walls this is only available in the lounge. There are two bedrooms, the master with a double bed and ensuite shower room with bath, shower over and WC. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with standard 3 ft single beds. There is a family bathroom also with a bath, shower over and WC and a separate WC off the entrance hall. This apartment will work for many guests with limited mobility but please call to discuss individual requirements.

The walk down into the centre of Looe is less than five minutes (a little longer on the way back up!) where there are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs to enjoy. The main sandy beach is a must whether it is to sunbathe and paddle in the Summer months or for a bracing Winter walk. There are numerous trips to enjoy by boat from the town including island trips, fishing trips, glass bottom boats, and even self-drive hire boats and paddleboards for the more adventurous.

Manor House 3 is the perfect base for a holiday exploring the beautiful town of Looe and the surrounding areas.

This was a very spacious clean and well maintained property. Very comfortable and in an ideal position to walk to the town. It is also an ideal location for exploring other locations in Cornwall.

The photos don't do this apartment justice - it is absolutely stunning. The view over the gorgeous town of Looe is fantastic. The apartment is so well kept, it looks brand new. The decoration and furniture are all spotless. The kitchen has everything you need to cater for yourselves. The beds are very comfortable, the bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are beautiful with great showers. Plenty of parking for everyone staying there. It's a 10 minute walk down a pretty steep hill to the town which may be a struggle if you're not good on your feet (especially coming back up) but it's so worth it for the convenient location. Lots of lovely shops, cafés and restaurants, bars in the village. We caught buses to Polperro and Plymouth and the train to Liskeard. Very easy to get around without having to drive. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very spacious property, ideally located minutes from Looe town centre. Weather was excellent for mid November. Wouldn’t have cared if it rained everyday, property would more than make up for it.
