About Manor House 4

The Manor House in Looe is a fine Edwardian villa set in a commanding position and having what are surely some of the finest views in Looe. Now converted into six, luxury apartments the level of accommodation provided is of the very highest quality with great attention having been paid to every detail of the construction. Surrounding the property is a private car park and south facing areas of decking from where to enjoy the views and the sunshine.
Apartment no.4 is on the first floor and accessed by two flights of easy going stairs. The entrance hallway leads to the bright and airy sitting, dining room/kitchen. This dual aspect room faces southwest and has French doors leading to a balcony (with garden furniture) where panoramic views of the harbour, the sea and surrounding countryside can be fully appreciated. The sitting area is furnished in comfortable leather and a flatscreen TV, DVD and CD/Radio/iPod are provided along with free wifi. The large settee converts to a very comfortable king size bed (if needed) for up to two extra guests.The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with light wood units and is divided from the seating area by a breakfast bar with seating for four which is the dining facility for the apartment.. The appliances include a ceramic hob with extractor over, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave. The double bedroom is a good sized room, well fitted with drawer and hanging space and it has an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower over and w.c.  The wash basin is sited in an alcove to the bedroom. Finally there is a separate cloakroom with w.c. and basin.
This is a really delightful apartment which is perfectly located for enjoying the various facilities that Looe provides whilst being slightly distant from the bustle of the town centre. There is a private allocated parking space for the property and wifi access.

We've had a lovely stay here with our two boys, beautiful views and lovely weather! We have done crabbing on the harbour, many visits to Looe and Millendreath Beach. Highly recommend Daisy's Cafe - the best crab sandwich and cream tea - yum! Thank you for letting us stay and hope to come back again soon. x

A lovely week in Looe with great weather, apart from the last day. we found the apartment to be in an excellent position - easy to drive to, great parking and wonderful views. Even found the walk into town ok. It may be steep but it's only short, especially if you walk down Barbican Hill. Apartment itself was comfy and clean. Will be back in Looe again soon!

Lovely clean apartment, great views from the balcony which is a lovely place to relax with a drink. Parking a great bonus and the walk to Looe only 5 mins. Will definitely be back.
