About Quayside Haven


Situated in the heart of East Looe this modern apartment has been fully refurbished and the owner has furnished and equipped the apartment with every attention to detail. Bright, airy and modern throughout, Quayside Haven will work best for families of four but can accommodate up to six guests. There is a parking space in the ground floor garage for a small to medium sized car.

Accomodation comprises an open plan lounge, kitchen, diner with fully fitted kitchen including electric oven and hob, extractor, slimline dishwasher and fridge with freezer box. The kitchen is very well equipped with ample crockery, cafetiere etc. Two three seater sofas convert in to single beds for up to two additional guests, there is a 43" Smart TV, plus a selection of games and books. The dining table and chairs are collapsible to enable the best use of space. The bedrooms are a standard double plus a single room with trundle bed which can be pulled out to make the room a twin, both rooms have hanging and drawer storage and quality mattresses, bedding, bed linen and towels. A modern shower room completes the accommodation with large shower cubicle and heated towel rail.

The bustling fishing harbour, beach and Looes numerous cafes, shops, restaurants and pubs are all on the doorstep and the beautiful walks of the South West Coastal path are just are within comfortable walking distance. This is a perfect base for exploring Looe and the beautiful surrounding areas of Cornwall.

One well behaved pet is welcome (please note there is no outside space). Pets must not be left alone in the property and must be on a lead in the communal areas.

General: The property has modern electric heating throughout. Bed linen and house towels are provided, guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. There is an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, travel cot and highchair (please bring own cot linen).

Dining: Collapsible dining table with six collapsible chairs.

Entertainment: 43" 4K HD LED Smart TV. Free wifi. Books, puzzles and playing cards.

Outside: There is a parking space in the ground floor garage for a small to medium sized car. Alternatively parking is available in the Millpool car park a 5-10 minute walk from the property. From 1st April to 31st October, a weekly ticket costs approx £40.00 and a monthly pass is less at £28.25, the daily rate is £5.70. From 1st November to 31st March the daily rate is £2.40. Tickets can be purchased over the phone on arrival.

Customer reviews of Quayside Haven

The apartment was spacious, clean and located seconds walk to the Quay. Everything you needed for a self catering holiday, although Looe has some lovely little coffee shops, bars and restaurants all on the doorstep. Will definitely book this again. The car park is located underneath but is only suitable for a small to medium size car, but parking for a week is cheap.

Thoroughly loved our weeks stay at Quayside Haven. Immaculately clean and included everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. Attention to detail was spot on. Front door of the building is literally 10 meters from the Quayside and about 2-3 minutes saunter to the beach which was perfect for us and made it so simple. Looe is a perfect family holiday destination. Would definitely return to Quayside Haven and Looe.
