About Rame

Rame Apartment is situated in a commanding position in West Looe with fabulous views of the river and out to Looe Bay. 

The apartment is on the ground floor and entry is in to a hallway, off which is a good size lounge with comfortable sofas, Smart TV and lovely bay window seat overlooking the terrace and river. One of the sofas is a sofa bed which can sleep up to 2 additional guests. There are two bedrooms to the rear of the property, the master bedroom has a super king size bed, modern shower room with large walk in shower, wc and wash hand basin and ample clothes storage. The second bedroom is a bunk room which is accessed from the rear of the kitchen and has full size bunk beds and a small en suite shower room again with wc and wash hand basin.

The kitchen in the apartment is dated but fully functional. It includes an electric oven with four rings and a grill, extractor, fridge with freezer box, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a collapsible table and four chairs. To the side of the building is a laundry with a washing machine and tumble drier.

To the front of the property is the terrace which enjoys the stunning views. There are two sets of tables and chairs, one for each of the two apartments. This is the perfect place to sit at any time of the day and enjoy the comings and goings on the river below.

The walk in to West Looe is less than 5 minutes where there is a popular local pub The Jolly Sailor, the fabulous little West Looe General Store and a Spar. A further 5 minute walk, or a trip across the river on the ferry, and you are in East Looe where there are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and the main beach (it will take 15 - 20 minutes to walk from the apartment to the main beach).

The property has gas central heating. Please note there is a steep path leading up to the property and some steps. It is possible to stop at the bottom of the slope to unload and then there is a large public car park a 10 minute walk from the property.

A ticket is available at the cost of approximately £30.00 for a week.
