Rock Towers comprises a group of twelve well appointed apartments situated in a most commanding position in West Looe and having fine views of the town and harbour, the beach, sea and distant headlands.
Apartment no.4 is comfortably furnished with the accommodation arranged on the ground and first floors and it has the advantage, unique at Rock Towers, of a private garden. The upper floor comprises the lounge with Smart TV, twin bedroom and the family bathroom. From the lounge, there are French Doors to a large balcony. On the lower, ground floor are situated the main double bedroom with en suite shower room and this room connects by French Doors to a balcony with garden furniture, from here there are splendid views to be enjoyed as the fishing and pleasure craft pass below. The kitchen is well fitted with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge etc and is open plan to the dining area which is furnished in mellow pine. A utility room with freezer, washing machine and drier completes the accommodation.
All the main rooms in this apartment are situated at the front of Rock Towers and so enjoy the same splendid views and the property is only a short swalk from shops, pubs and restaurants. Private parking in a reserved space just outside the entrance is also available. All in all a most comfortable situation from which to enjoy a holiday in Southeast Cornwall.

Introduction: Rock Towers Apartments (12 in total) are situated in an elevated position above the level seafront at Hannafore, a residential area of West Looe. Local shops are about a 7/8 minutes undulating walk with the station about a half a mile distant (20/30 minute walk) and bus services are available from the square in West Looe which is about a 7/8 minute walk. Small beaches are available within a 2/3 minutes walk and the main East Looe beach is a 25/30 minute walk or can be reached in 15 minutes via the passenger ferry which operates, tide depending, from the square in West Looe. The Rock Towers building operates on 3 levels. Access is available from the front and the rear of the building, details below regarding accessibility features. There is a large lift to all levels, or stairs between floors. Parking for each apartment comprises one reserved space suitable for a family car. The spaces for apartments 1 to 8 are across the road (about 10 paces from the approach to the building) at the front of the property with the spaces for apts.8 to 12 being situated at the rear about 10 paces from the rear entrance. Free on street parking is available in the local area, a 2/3 minute walk away. Apt. No. 4 is on the ground floor and is all arranged over two levels, the access being described below. Exterior: Access from the front road access is via 3 concrete steps of variable size average 5in (13cm) leading to an upward sloping path (about 25 paces), there are then 2 small concrete steps 4in (10cm) leading to a further 13 concrete steps 6in (15cm). On entering the building via the main doorway there is an 8 in (20cm) step up into the building. From the rear, access is via a level bridge to a rear security door opening at the 3rd floor level. The hallway here has 2 x 7.25inch (18cm) stairs. There are stairs or use of the lift to the ground floor and apartment No.4 Apartment No.4 has a balcony/garden area which is accessed from a door in the kitchen which is 30in (76cm) wide with a threshold step of 4in (10cm) or it can be accessed from the patio door in the small sitting room this door is 44in (112cm) with a threshold step of 4in (10cm). The balcony/garden patio has a step up of 11in (28cm) on to a flat slated patio which has garden furniture in place. There is a small outbuilding housing a gas BBQ and other garden toys etc. this building has a door width of 29in (74cm). There is a path from the garden/patio which leads to the main front door to Rock Towers, there are 2 steps each 4in(10cm) high and the path is 15 paces to a gate which is 34in(86cm) wide. Living Areas: From the ground floor communal hall Apartment No.4 is accessed by an entry door of 27in (69cm) wide into a lobby 1 metre (39cm) square. The apartment entrance door is 27in (69cm) wide with no threshold step. In the apartment hall the light switch is 51in (130cm) high and the electric sockets are 10in (25cm) from the floor. It has carpet flooring. The bedrooms and family bathroom are located on this floor. The living areas are located on the lower level of this split level apartment, this level are accessed by a staircase of 13 stairs each 7in (18cm) high. It has a handrail and banister. The width of the stairs is 32in (81cm). When standing on the bottom stairs the head height is 77in (196cm). There is an open plan kitchen and dining area which leads to a small sun room and a separate lounge. In the lounge facilities include remote controlled TV, DVD and CD equipment. From the lounge here is a patio door leading to garden patio which is 45in (114cm) wide. The coffee table in the lounge is marble and fixed and therefore there is restricted space around (13 ins – 33cm) it to access the seating. Kitchen: The kitchen is open plan to the dining room. It has a range of high and low level fitted units; vinyl flooring and facilities include electric oven and 4 ring gas hob, fridge and dishwasher. The sink drainer unit has cupboards beneath. The work surface height is 36in (92cm) and the electric sockets are 8.5in (21cm) above the surface. There is a separate utility room which leads off the kitchen; this houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms; two double bedrooms and one twin. The bedrooms have carpet flooring. The twin bedroom entry door is 28in (71cm) wide. The beds here are arranged parallel to one another, with both positioned against the wall. The space between the beds is 14in (36cm). The electric sockets are 8in (20cm) from the floor and the light switch is 52in (132cm) high. The double bedrooms have entry door widths of 28in (71cm), the electric sockets are 10in (25cm) from the floor, and the light switches are 52in (132cm). One of the double bedrooms has a balcony which has a single door width opening of 21in (53cm) or 42in (106cm) with both open. The balcony has a depth of 8ft and has railings in situ. Bathrooms: The upper floor family bathroom entry door is 28in (71cm) wide, it comprises a bath with shower over, toilet- height 17in (43cm), basin and heated towel rail. There is vinyl flooring. The lower floor shower room has an entry door of 28in (71cm) it has a shower, toilet-16in (40cm), basin and heated towel rail. The shower cubicle has a threshold step up of 10in (28cm) and the shower door opening width is 19in (48cm). Additional Notes: This apartment is suitable for mobile adults and children. There is space for use of a cot if required.
