Number 1 Russell Court is a stylish ground floor apartment in East Looe with stunning views across the estuary, harbour and out to the sea. The large paved patio is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy watching the lively harbour and the beach is just minutes away on foot.
The apartment is decorated and furnished in a contemporary style with easy access for anyone with mobility issues, all rooms being accessible from one long corridor. The accommodation comprises an open plan living/dining room/kitchen with fully fitted kitchen, including electric oven, hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar with two stools and a dining table with seating for four people. French doors from the living room lead on to a large fully paved patio with extending patio table and seating. In house entertainment includes a 48” flat screen TV with Free view, Blue ray/DVD player, Wi fi, IPod dock, and Radio/CD player.
The master bedroom with king size bed has an en-suite shower and toilet, hairdryer and spacious built in wardrobe. The second bedroom is a large twin room again with built in wardrobe and there is a separate family bathroom with shower over bath, wc and wash hand basin. There is a utility room with boiler, washer/dryer, small freezer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.
Looe town centre is a short walk down the hill, it is quite steep so takes a little longer on the way back up. Guests can take boat trips, enjoy sightseeing or go fishing, wander around the chequerboard of lanes in the old town that leads to the harbour, sandy beach and quay, or visit the boutique shops, restaurants and pubs. There are coastal paths with beautiful cliff walks and views, numerous cycle routes, and water sports along the coast.
It is an easy drive to the coastal villages of Polperro, Padstow, Fowey, and attractions such as: the Lost Gardens of Heligan, The Eden Project, National Marine Aquarium (Plymouth), golf courses, and many National Trust gardens and houses. The award winning Camel Valley Vineyard, the largest vineyard in Cornwall, is also within easy reach.
