Situated in an elevated, hillside position this modern, ground floor apartment is finished to a very high standard with lovely contemporary furnishings. It has a large outside space, part patio and part gravel from where you can enjoy the views of the town of Looe, its harbour, the surrounding countryside and the sea. There is a parking space for one car. The town of Looe with its fine beach, harbour, boutique shops, restaurants and pubs is only a few minute walk down a steep hill- perhaps a little longer on the return!
The accommodation is furnished in a contemporary style and includes an open plan living/dining room and kitchen, two bedrooms, a double and a twin, also a shower room with large shower enclosure and additional shower room. French doors lead from the lounge/diner to the patio which is furnished with table and chairs. The lounge area has a 55" Smart TV. The kitchen is finished in light wood and the fitted equipment includes an electric oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, washer drier and a microwave is also provided. A long hallway gives access to all the rooms in the apartment including the spacious double bedroom which has a king sized double bed, the twin bedroom with 3ft single beds and both shower rooms. The apartment is bright and airy and the modern furnishings and fabrics give a very contemporary feel. This is a lovely property in a great location being close to all the amenities but in a quiet and relaxing environment.

This cosy and large apartment is in a perfect location for exploring Looe and the restaurants, a five minute walk away. Beautiful views of the harbour in a calm and peaceful location. With the bonus of a parking space and bus stop nearby. I loved it here and highly recommend the apartment. I hope to return.
The property was perfect, above what we expected. Beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The apartment had everything we needed at hand and had the best view. We could live there quite easily lol. We had a relaxing week and loved going back to the property to relax, so comfortable. Would stay there again.
A beautiful apartment in a great location with great views over the harbour (particularly with a glass of wine to watch the world go by). The apartment is modern with all the facilities you would ever require and is very clean. To be honest it is like a home from home. The only slight issue you need to be aware of is the hill to walk into Looe. Not a problem for us but if you have mobility issues I would look into this. At the end of the day the hill gives you the views so it is well worth it. Communication with the owners was clear and quick. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to stay in Looe with access on foot to the centre yet still located in quiet surroundings, with a bonus of a car parking space. Absolutely excellent and would book again in a heartbeat when visiting the area.

Excellent accommodation, smooth booking, Cornish Collection very helpful and professional, easy check in and out. Home from home lovely place to stay and the views are beautiful. We will absolutely be back again to such a beautiful place to stay.
