Russell Court 3 is a delightful first floor apartment in East Looe with panoramic views over the river, parking and Wi-Fi access.
This first floor accommodation can be accessed via the stairs or lift and comprises an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with fully fitted kitchen including electric oven and hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and washer/drier. The breakfast bar has two stools and there is a spacious dining area with dining table and four chairs. The lounge area is comfortably furnished and has a flat screen TV with BT vision and DVD. Patio doors lead from the lounge/diner on to the furnished balcony - the views over the river are lovely and this is the perfect spot to watch the bustling harbour as the fishing and pleasure boats pass up and down the river.
A large en suite double bedroom has a king size bed and ample storage space, there is also a TV with the same channels as the lounge. The second bedroom is a twin room again with ample storage. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over and a hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. The bustling town centre of Looe with its numerous boutique shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants is a few minutes' walk down the hill although it will take a little longer on the way back up.
With gas central heating throughout, parking outside the door and free Wi-Fi, this apartment offers super holiday accommodation all year round.
