About Whitsand

Westings is a stunning house set in a commanding position in West Looe and will suit those looking for something a little special! Contemporary and stylish throughout the house offers beautiful accommodation for up to six guests.

The ground floor accommodation comprises an open plan, lounge kitchen diner. The lounge area is comfortably furnished with floor to ceiling windows that allow the natural light to flood in to the space. The striking blue kitchen is sleek and well fitted and includes electric oven and hob, extractor, dishwasher and washing machine. A dining table and six chairs sit just inside the patio doors which lead out to one of the balconies. There is a downstairs shower room with rain shower, wc and wash hand basin and a lean to at the back of the house is perfect for drying wetsuits after a day at the beach!

Upstairs are three good size bedrooms. The master with king size bed has patio doors leading out on to the small balcony with views over West Looe to the sea, and large en suite shower room. A second bedroom has standard double bed and patio doors to juliet balcony and the third bedroom is a lovely twin room. All rooms have ample storage and high quality bed linens. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc and wash hand basin.


To the front of the property a large South facing outside space is laid partly to patio and partly decked. Overlooking West Looe to the sea beyond, this elevated position is a lovely spot to sit throughout the day. Patio furniture in each area facilitates easy al fresco dining and attractive planters surround the space. We look forward to welcoming our first guests to the house in the Summer of 2018!
