About Boscawn


Boscawn is a detached bungalow with extensive gardens in a superb cliff top position overlooking Looe Bay. The views to the sea and surrounding coastline are truly stunning! Plaidy beach is just a two minute stroll away and the main Looe beach and town are about fifteen-minute walk along the stunning South West Coastal path.

A great feature of Boscawn is the attractive garden laid mainly to lawn and which, together with the patio area provides a super opportunity to enjoy the lovely views. There is also a splendid decking area to soak up the sun and gaze out to sea. You can see the distant Rame Head to the east and Looe Island to the west, on a clear day you can see the Eddystone Lighthouse. The accommodation is modern in style and equipped and furnished to a very high standard. In addition to the family bathroom, the main double bedroom has both an en-suite bathroom with a power shower and a separate walk-in wardrobe area. The living/dining area is open plan and this in turn leads to the kitchen area. There are wonderful sea views from all the main rooms. Free Broadband connection is also provided. Onsite parking is available for 2/3 cars. Boscawn is in a quiet residential area but convenient for local shops, restaurants, etc and of course, the busy port of Looe is only a mile distant. This is an exceptional property that brings guests back time after time.

Our third year at Boscawn and it is still as mesmerising as the first we time we came here. The view is spectacular as always and the home is maintained by people who clearly care for it. Boscawn is a credit to you and a fine example of a proper holiday home - a great way to distract ourselves from everything that has happened this year! We will be back again for sure! This property has the most amazing views I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Absolutely stunning. Inside is very clean and tidy and equipped with everything you could possibly need, although with the view on offer you can't want for anything else. Will definitely be returning. Thank you for making everything so easy, communication was excellent as was everything.
