Boscawn is a detached bungalow with extensive gardens in a superb cliff top position overlooking Looe Bay. The views to the sea and surrounding coastline are truly stunning! Plaidy beach is just a two minute stroll away and the main Looe beach and town are about fifteen-minute walk along the stunning South West Coastal path.

A great feature of Boscawn is the attractive garden laid mainly to lawn and which, together with the patio area provides a super opportunity to enjoy the lovely views. There is also a splendid decking area to soak up the sun and gaze out to sea. You can see the distant Rame Head to the east and Looe Island to the west, on a clear day you can see the Eddystone Lighthouse. The accommodation is modern in style and equipped and furnished to a very high standard. In addition to the family bathroom, the main double bedroom has both an en-suite bathroom with a power shower and a separate walk-in wardrobe area. The living/dining area is open plan and this in turn leads to the kitchen area. There are wonderful sea views from all the main rooms. Free Broadband connection is also provided. Onsite parking is available for 2/3 cars. Boscawn is in a quiet residential area but convenient for local shops, restaurants, etc and of course, the busy port of Looe is only a mile distant. This is an exceptional property that brings guests back time after time.

Boscawn is a detached 2 bedroom bungalow situated in the Plaidy area of East Looe. Access to Plaidy beach is a 2/3 minute downhill walk and East Looe beach and facilities are about a 25 minute walk away via the coastal footpath. It is 3 miles to public parking in Looe. The Looe local bus service has bus stops in the Barbican shops/school area which is about one mile from the property (a hilly walk). The Looe railway station is a 3 mile car journey and situated in Looe town. The property has a driveway which can accommodate up to 3 cars. Exterior: There is a slate driveway and entry path which has a step up of 6in (15cm) towards the front door which is 31.5in (80cm) in width and has a threshold step of 4in (10cm). This property has gardens to the front and rear. The rear garden can be accessed from the patio door in the lounge/dining area which is 21in (54cm) opening width. There are 7 steps, each 9.5in (24cm) in height, down to the patio area which has table and seating facilities. Across the lawn there is a corner decking area which also has garden furniture and there are railings surrounding the decking. Living Areas: From the front door entry is into a small hallway, the living area which is an open plan lounge /dining room and kitchen, is on the left. The door to this area is 28in (71cm) wide. There is carpet flooring to the lounge/dining area, leading to the kitchen. Facilities include remote controlled TV and DVD equipment. The dining area has table and seating for 4 guests. The light switches are 55in (140 cm) from the floor and the electric sockets are above the skirting board level throughout. Kitchen: There is a doorway 23.5in (60cm) (no door) from the lounge/diner into the kitchen which has vinyl flooring. There are high and low level fitted kitchen units and the sink drainer has cupboards beneath. Facilities include electric cooker and 4 ring hob, microwave oven, fridge and dishwasher. The door to the side of the property from the kitchen is 29in (74cm), it has a threshold step of 2in (5cm) up and 3in (8cm (down) to the concrete path. From the kitchen there is a door into the utility room which has a threshold step up of 8in (20cm). The utility area has vinyl flooring and facilities include freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedrooms: There are 2 bedrooms one double and one twin room, both rooms having carpet flooring. To the double bedroom the door is 28in (72cm) wide, there is an en-suite bathroom which also has an entry door width of 28in (72cm). The twin bedroom has a door width of 28in (72cm), the beds are arranged parallel to one another with a walkway between and one of the beds has access from both sides. Bathrooms: The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet-18in (46cm) and basin, the entry door is 28.5in (72cm) wide. The en-suite bathroom to the double bedroom comprises a bath with shower over, bidet, toilet- 18in (46cm) and basin. Both rooms have heated towels rails. Additional Notes: This accommodation is suitable for mobile adults, children, and guests with limited mobility or disabled guests with assistance. There is space for the use of a cot if required.
