Boscawn is a detached bungalow with extensive gardens in a superb cliff top position overlooking Looe Bay. The views to the sea and surrounding coastline are truly stunning! Plaidy beach is just a two minute stroll away and the main Looe beach and town are about fifteen-minute walk along the stunning South West Coastal path.
A great feature of Boscawn is the attractive garden laid mainly to lawn and which, together with the patio area provides a super opportunity to enjoy the lovely views. There is also a splendid decking area to soak up the sun and gaze out to sea. You can see the distant Rame Head to the east and Looe Island to the west, on a clear day you can see the Eddystone Lighthouse. The accommodation is modern in style and equipped and furnished to a very high standard. In addition to the family bathroom, the main double bedroom has both an en-suite bathroom with a power shower and a separate walk-in wardrobe area. The living/dining area is open plan and this in turn leads to the kitchen area. There are wonderful sea views from all the main rooms. Free Broadband connection is also provided. Onsite parking is available for 2/3 cars. Boscawn is in a quiet residential area but convenient for local shops, restaurants, etc and of course, the busy port of Looe is only a mile distant. This is an exceptional property that brings guests back time after time.

Just WOW! Those views, a very comfy bed and everything here that you could possibly need. Weather much better than forecast - so mild walking around in t-shirts. The week has flown by. Our first visit, but it won't be the last. Sad to be going home.Lisa & Adrian - October 2023
Our 2nd visit to Boscawn. The first being in 2009 when our son was 17 months old. He is now 15! Still excellent accommodation, fabulous views and still our favourite holiday home!Claire, Paul & Daniel - August 2023

A peaceful and relaxing week in the stunning location – helped by wall-to-wall sunshine! The house was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. Some good eating in Looe and plenty of beautiful places to visit nearby. Easy to see why people return time after time.Jeff & Jenny - May 2023
