The Cuddy is perfectly located in Looe town centre, just a minute's walk from the beach and a short, flat, stroll from the numerous cafes, shops, restaurants, and pubs Looe has to enjoy. The river's edge is a two-minute walk away from where there are numerous boating and fishing trips to be experienced.
The property is entered via an attractive tiled hallway, giving access to the lounge diner and the kitchen, which is newly fitted for the 2022 season. The kitchen is a small room but well thought out space and includes built-in electric oven and microwave, halogen hob, extractor and slim-line dishwasher. There is a fridge with freezer box and in the ground floor utility room there is an additional fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble drier.
The lounge is a good size space with soft seating for 6 and a 50" Smart TV. There is an attractive dining area to the rear of the room which gives access to the utility room and downstairs shower room with mixer shower, wc and wash hand basin. The rear patio area is accessible from the utility room and also from the kitchen. A short flight of steps lead up to the patio which is furnished with a table and chairs, it is quite a sun trap in the Summer months.
Upstairs are the three bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom a standard size double and the third bedroom is a twin room. The master bedroom is a good size room which has a 40" Smart TV and DVD player. All rooms are attractively furnished and have ample clothes storage. The family bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, wc and wash hand basin.
The Cuddy benefits from a reserved parking space in a private car park on the West side of Looe, a 7 minute walk from the property.
With gas central heating, a wood burning stove and free wifi included, this delightful town centre cottage offers the perfect holiday base for couples and families looking to be so conveniently located to all the town has to offer.
