The Cuddy is perfectly located in Looe town centre, just a minute's walk from the beach and parking space and a short, flat, stroll from the numerous cafes, shops, restaurants, and pubs Looe has to enjoy. The river's edge is a two-minute walk away from where there are numerous boating and fishing trips to be experienced. The property had a newly fitted kitchen in 2022 and the owners have invested in ensuring guest comfort throughout the property with good quality furnishings, king size beds in the double rooms and a smart TV in the master bedroom.

The property is entered via an attractive tiled hallway,  giving access to the lounge diner and the kitchen. The kitchen is a small room but well thought out space and includes built-in electric oven and microwave, halogen hob, extractor and slim-line dishwasher. There is a fridge with freezer box and in the ground floor utility room there is an additional fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble drier.

The lounge is a good size space with soft seating for 6 and a 55" Smart TV. There is an attractive dining area to the rear of the room which gives access to the utility room and downstairs shower room with mixer shower, wc and wash hand basin. The rear patio area is accessible from the utility room and also from the kitchen. A short flight of steps lead up to the patio which is furnished with a table and chairs, it is quite a sun trap in the Summer months.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom also with kind size bed and the third bedroom is a twin room. The master bedroom is a good size room which has a 40" Smart TV and DVD player. All rooms are attractively furnished with and have ample clothes storage. The family bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, wc and wash hand basin.

The Cuddy benefits from a reserved parking space in a private car park a minute's walk from the property which is suitable for a small to medium sized car.

With gas central heating, a wood burning stove and free wifi included, this delightful town centre cottage offers the perfect holiday base for couples and families looking to be so conveniently located to all the town has to offer.

The accommodation was in the centre of the village and close to all shops and the most important just a few minutes walk to the sandy beach. The property had everything you need for a family stay. We spent a great time doing so. Also, boat trips were great and were under reasonable/affordable price. Furthermore, we visited a wild life zoo that was only 40 minutes away from Looe. Again, we had a great time. Also, the Cornish Collection team was great in promptly responding to my sent queries. Overall, great stay!

Booked through Cornish Collection stayed there this year in April was very impressed by the accommodation and it’s position close to all the local amenities I.e bars and restaurants. The Cuddy has a beautiful outside terrace area with every amenities. Will definitely be booking again.
