Beautifully appointed cottage in a very elevated position having fine views and parking. The steep walk into town takes about ten minutes.
Homehill is a semi-detached cottage in an elevated position on the outskirts of East Looe. There are fine views over the river and estuary which can be enjoyed from the ground floor terrace or upper floor balcony. The furnishings are traditional but good quality and a comfortable and restful stay is assured.
The accommodation is arranged on two floors. The ground floor comprises the lounge which has leather furniture, a 32" TV with DVD player and a DAB radio and Wifi There are doors to the terrace (ideal for outside meals) and steps up to the well appointed kitchen. This is fitted in a Shaker style and has a four ring gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Included in the kitchen is the dining table and chairs. From here a few steps lead to the bedroom which is well furnished with a super king size bed, ample storage, a TV and DAB radio. Patio doors lead to the balcony which provides truly stunning views to the river and surrounding countryside. A further few steps lead from the bedroom to the bathroom which has a large, corner, whirlpool bath, walk-in shower, w.c. and washbasin.
This is a lovely cottage just for two, quiet, comfortable and with gas central heating it is suitable for stays all year round. Homehill has parking for one car. Guests are welcome to use the bar at the on site Commonwood boutique Bed and Breakfast between May and September (open from 6pm or earlier by arrangement).

Jessica - 02/09/2020A perfect location on a hill overlooking the River. Nice and quiet and only 10 minute walk to the centre of Looe. Everything was great for our stay and would certainly visit again.
