Nestled on the outskirts of Looe, Little Oaks is a charming and beautifully furnished retreat for up to four guests, offering sea views, a private deck, WiFi, and parking. Just a short walk from two beaches, it’s the ideal getaway for couples or families looking to relax and explore the Cornish coast.

Cosy & Thoughtfully Designed Interiors

The ground floor features a warm and inviting open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area, with comfortable seating for four and a Smart TV for cosy evenings in. Though compact, the well-equipped kitchen is perfectly arranged, including an electric oven, hob, extractor, slimline dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cafetière. A tabletop freezer (50cm square) and washer/dryer are also provided for convenience.

Also on this level is a fully tiled bathroom with a bath, overhead electric shower, WC, and washbasin.

Upstairs, there are two beautifully decorated bedrooms:

The double bedroom offers a comfortable bed and ample storage.

The twin bedroom features charming nautical touches, including decorative oars on the walls.

A travel cot and high chair are available for families with young children.

Outdoor Space & Location

Outside, a decked area with glass balustrades provides a stunning sea view, while the pretty summerhouse offers a peaceful retreat to enjoy the scenery. The decking is accessed via 20 rustic steps through the garden.

There is one marked parking space in the car park, with an additional parking space next to the summerhouse.

Located just a short stroll from Millendreath Beach, where paddleboard and kayak hire is available in summer, and home to the popular Black Rock Café & Beach Bar, Little Oaks is also a 5-10 minute drive from Looe’s working harbour, sandy beach, and selection of cafés, pubs, restaurants, and shops.

One well-behaved pet is welcome.

We loved Little Oaks, the cottage was spotless and so comfortable. The decking, summer house and the views were amazing and even in April we were able to take advantage of this. Plaidy Beach is dog friendly but beware, it is a steep walk down and even steeper coming back up!!
