About Sail Hatch
The Sail Hatch Looe has been lovingly renovated. This 500 year old fishermans cottage beautifully combines a modern industrial style decor within the character of the original building. Situated half way up West Looe Hill the property is a short walk to the rivers edge in Looe and the many delights that the town, harbour and beaches have to offer.
On the ground floor is the open plan lounge diner with striking decor and a beautiful wood burning stove ensuring a cosy stay all year round. A small kitchen off the lounge is fully equipped and includes double gas oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and cafetiere. There is an electric aga in the kitchen but this is orgnamental and not currently in operation. The kitchen door leads to the rear of the property where there are stone steps leading up to terraced patio areas; the elevated position makes this a sunny spot throughout the day and a lovely place to sit and enjoy with distant sea views from the top level.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with standard double, a second room with a four foot double and lastly a twin room. All rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable and there is a family bathroom with bath and shower over also at this level.
Free Wifi in included and there is a Smart TV in the lounge area plus a selection of board games to be enjoyed. One small to medium sized well behaved dog is welcome. The Sail Hatch is a unique and special spot in a great location and new to market for 2019 we look forward to welcoming our first guests!
