Ground floor accommodation comprises an open plan lounge kitchen diner, with cream shaker style kitchen equipped with gas hob, extractor, electric oven, fridge, separate small freezer, microwave and washing machine. The lounge area has two futon style sofas for four arranged around a feature stone fire place with wood burner style electric fire. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player and the property has free wifi. Also downstairs is a handy wc. Upstairs are two bright bedrooms, one double and one twin and a family shower room.
Sandbanks has a reserved parking space in a locked car park less than a minutes walk from the property, the space is suitable for a small to medium sized car As the photographs show the property is not large but the central position of this property combined with the comfortable accommodation and parking make it a perfect base for a family holiday. Looes many charms are all on the doorstep and for those wishing to explore a little further afield, Eden project is a half hour drive, Padstow, Newquay and Truro are all within an hour and the historic city of Plymouth 45 minutes. Guests at Sandbanks can be certain of a comfortable stay all year round.
