About Sandpiper Cottage
Sandpiper Cottage is a pretty cottage, full of original features, conveniently and quietly located in sought after Shutta, close to the centre of Looe with wifi, outside space and adjacent garage parking.
On entering the property through the stable door, there is a comfortable family size lounge diner with log burning stove, which adds to the charm of this lovely cottage. Complete with 40" flat screen Smart TV, with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, DVD player, wide range of DVDs and Wii console with games, guests are sure to be kept amused even on bad weather days. Off the lounge diner is the kitchen, which is small but well equipped with electric oven, gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with freezer box, microwave and washing machine.
Upstairs is a good size double bedroom with king size bed, original fireplace (now ornamental) and small TV. From here there are lovely views across to the Looe river where guests will be able to enjoy the comings and goings of the local boats. The second bedroom is a twin room, which is small but beautifully formed. Sandpiper Cottage is tastefully furnished throughout with a clean seaside theme that is perfect for the character of the cottage. Also on this floor is the shower room with wc, wash hand basin and thermostatic mixer shower.
A small furnished courtyard is accessed from the upstairs and there is also a bench to the front of the property, a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the evening sun.
Sandpiper Cottage welcomes one well behaved pet and really does tick all the boxes for a perfect Cornish holiday. With character, lovely decor, good equipment, wood burning stove, parking, wifi and being only a short walk to the centre of Looe with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, it really does have it all!
