About Trenwith

This delightful cottage is situated a short way up West Looe Hill, a short walk from the river's edge in West Looe and the many delights that Looe town has to offer.

Beautifully furnished throughout the cottage has a fresh and modern feel whilst maintaining the character of the building to offer a welcoming and cosy space. On entering the cottage, the ground floor has an open plan lounge dining area with comfortable seating, Smart TV with Sky package, dining table and four chairs and as well as the central heating there is an electric fire in the lounge to add to the cosy appeal of the room. Off the dining room is the small but well-designed kitchen complete with oven, hob, slimline dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and built-in coffee maker for filter coffee. To the rear of the property is a small utility room with washer dryer and little freezer. 

Upstairs is the master bedroom with king size bed, a twin bedroom and the family bathroom with shower, w.c. and wash basin.  The bedrooms are beautifully furnished and again have a lovely welcoming feel. There is a small furnished patio at the rear of the property (please note as this is a raised area it is not suitable for very young children or anyone with mobility issues) and there is a parking space in a private car park just a two minute walk from the cottage.

Trenwith has been beautifully put together by the current owners and will be a perfect base for couples or families.

General: Bed linen and house towels are provided, guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. Gas central heating throughout plus electric fire in the lounge. Iron and ironing board provided an also a hairdryer.

Entertainment: Free Wifi, Sky TV

Outside: Rear patio area with table and chairs but please note that this area is not suitable for young children as it is raised or anyone with mobility issues. There is a reserved parking space in a small private car park a two-minute walk from the cottage.

Additional suitability notes

There is one flight of internal stairs with a 3/4 handrail and external stairs to the patio area with a handrail on the first level only.

Beautiful cottage furnished to a very high standard.. Everything you will ever need. Parking a plus just up quite a steep hill. I would go again. I would say not suitable for anyone with limited mobility to use fully. Looe is beautiful and is a handy base to visit all places of interest.
