Lovely family house in an elevated position with great views to the town and sea. Furnished terrace with lovely views and a gas barbecue - parking for 2 cars immediately outside. A 10 minute downhill walk takes you to the shops, pubs, harbour in West Looe.
This lovely family home occupies a commanding position high above the bustling port of West Looe and so enjoys really lovely views to the harbour and sea beyond. Private parking is available for two cars immediately outside the property and from this level a few steps lead to the terrace which is well furnished with comfortable seating and a gas barbecue. The views from here are a real feature of the property. The accommodation is arranged on two levels. The ground floor comprises the sitting room and kitchen dining room. The sitting room is comfortably furnished with brown leather settees and there is a 32" flat screen tv with DVD and Freeview, a games console and free WIFI internet connection.
The kitchen diner is a splendid room equipped with a range cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The fitted wooden units are in mellow cream and there is a large farmhouse style pine kitchen table and seating for four.
Upstairs there is as good sized double bedroom with en-suite shower room with large walk-in shower, w.c. and basin. Also at this level is the twin bedded room and the family bathroom. The main bedroom and the sitting room both have fine views to the town and sea.
Bayview is a lovely house in a quiet spot - highly recommended for a family holiday in Looe.
