Beech House is a stunning building with views across the woods in West Looe it sleeps 7 in four bedrooms and is a short walk from the centre of Looe.
Accommodation is arranged over three floors. The parking space with an electric vehicle car charger is to the rear of the building and there is a flight of stone steps leading down to the ground floor where you enter via the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a utility room with large American style fridge freezer, a washing machine and a small wet room with shower and wc, perfect for washing off when returning from the beach. There is ample external storage for body boards, buckets and spades or for the more adventurous, bikes and kayaks. Also on the ground floor is the lounge, a lovely room with high ceilings, large window overlooking the terrace and wood burning stove for cosy Autumnal and Winter evenings. A large archway opens through to the dining area with dining table and 7 chairs.
On the first floor are three of the four bedrooms. Two double rooms with lovely views across the woodland opposite and a pleasant single bedroom with fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom with bath and separate large shower cubicle. An additional flight of stairs leads up to the master bedroom with king size bed, the same lovely views and an en suite shower room. This is a large room in the eaves with comfortable seating for two, a little space for some peace and relaxation!
The furnished terrace gets Summer sun from lunchtime right through in to the evening and there is a small enclosed garden area with mature shrubs. The walk down in to the bustling town of Looe with its working harbour, shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs is 15 minutes. There is a reserved parking space at the rear of the building. Due to the stone steps leading down from the parking area this property is not suitable for pram age children or anyone with mobility issues.
Beech House is a lovely family home which will offer a comfortable stay all year round.
