Bellevue is a stunning house sitting in a commanding position overlooking Looe harbour and has recently undergone extensive renovations throughout including the addition of two small balconies from where one can stand and watch the comings and goings in the harbour.

We are delighted to welcome Bellevue House in Looe back to our books following extensive renovations throughout! This stunning house sits in a commanding position overlooking Looe harbour and the two small balconies are a great addition.  Free Wifi is also available.

Ground floor accommodation comprises an open plan lounge kitchen diner, beautifully furnished and with oak wood flooring throughout and a wood burning stove to keep cosy on Autumnal and Winter evenings. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, wine cooler and washing machine. One balcony is accessed from the lounge area and is a great place to stand and enjoy the view and the comings and goings in the harbour.

On the first floor are two large bedrooms both with king size double beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with large walk in rain shower and there is a family bathroom on the same level with bath and rain shower over. A further balcony is accessed from the second double bedroom. The final two single rooms are on the top floor one of which has a pull out bed underneath suitable for a seventh guest.

The delights of Looe town are within a five to ten minute walk, there is a parking space immediately outside for one medium sized car. Bellevue is stylish and welcoming throughout and has a real feel of luxury, one not to be missed!

From 1st April to 31st October, a weekly ticket costs approx £40.00 and a monthly pass is less at £28.25, the daily rate is £5.70. From 1st November to 31st March the daily rate is £2.40. Tickets can be purchased over the phone on arrival.

This house is spacious and very comfortable. It has been decorated to a high standard throughout. The house is set on a slope above the river affording beautiful views. The shops, restaurants, pubs and beach are all within a short walk. Looe is a great base for exploring and we loved the coastal path walk to Polperro and back. Spectacular views and lovely pubs in Polperro for lunch.

We loved our stay at Bellevue. The house is light, and the open plan ground floor was great for hanging out and eating together. Comfy sofa, armchairs and beds. All very tastefully done. And such a great view of the harbour. Thank you.

Super easy check in process even though we all arrived at different times during the day. House has a great location in West Looe so you are away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre but less than 5 minutes away and only 10 from the beach.
