This lovely house overlooks the river in Looe, has garage parking and is just a short walk from the centre of town.

Arranged over two floors the accommodation offers a lounge dining room on the ground floor, a light airy room with comfortable lounge seating and lovely views of the river. To the rear of the ground floor is the kitchen which includes electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwashing and washer/drier. At the front of the house is a furnished deck which gets the Summer sun from mid-morning right through the evening. It is the perfect spot to sit and watch the pleasure boats coming and going in the river. Upstairs is the master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with bath and shower over. The house is finished to a high standard, offers free wifi and has the rare bonus of garage parking nearby (please see access details for further information).

Clifton Place is a short walk from the centre of Looe with its many shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and of course the busy working harbour and the beach.
