At the rear of the house, the well-equipped kitchen is thoughtfully designed with everything needed for a relaxed self-catering stay, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

For added convenience, a cloakroom with WC and washbasin is also located on this level.
