Beautifully Designed Living Spaces

Entering through a glass-fronted porch, you’ll find a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area featuring exquisite Karndean hard flooring and two expansive bay windows that capture the stunning scenery. The bespoke Treyone kitchen, crafted in elegant blue, includes top-of-the-range Neff appliances, an American-style fridge freezer, wine fridge, Quooker boiling water tap, and a large island with seating. The dining area boasts a wood burner nestled in an exposed brick fireplace, with stylish décor features such as a decorative ceiling rose, handmade blinds, and a comfortable armchair in the bay window for relaxing with a view.

A set of sliding doors leads to the “cinema room,” where a 65-inch TV with Sonos surround sound and a plush leather corner sofa create the ultimate space for movie nights, complete with a second wood burner for cosy evenings.

Practical Amenities with a Touch of Luxury

Sea Escape is equipped for convenience, with a fully fitted utility/boot room featuring a Bosch washing machine and dryer, this room can also be accessed from the rear of the property. There’s also a fully tiled downstairs shower room for rinsing off after a beach day.

Upstairs, a sunroom invites you to unwind with its picture-perfect views of the pier and bay, the perfect spot to sit and read or just enjoy the comings and goings in the river mouth.

The master suite is a true retreat with boutique-style décor, a super king bed, velvet headboard, bay window with spectacular sea and river views, and direct access to a small balcony (completion May 2025). The ensuite includes a fully tiled shower room with automatic lighting, heated mirrors, and Almera showers, along with a lit walk-in wardrobe and 43-inch TV.

The second bedroom is a stunning, king room, which also features an ensuite with automatic lighting and a bay window with those same enchanting views, providing yet another sanctuary for rest and relaxation.

The twin room offers versatile sleeping options, with two zip-and-link singles that convert into a super king bed, plus a 43-inch TV and the final bunk room has a 4ft double bed with a single over suitable for adults or children. The spacious family bathroom includes both a bath and a separate shower.

Bathrooms: Family bathroom with bath and separate large shower. Downstairs toilet with walk in shower. 2 ensuite shower rooms with heated mirrors. All showers are Almera and all bathrooms have sensor lighting and towel rails.

Kitchen: Treyone kitchen which includes top-of-the-range Neff appliances, double oven plus warming drawer, induction hob, microwave, American-style fridge freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, Quooker boiling water tap, Sage Nespresso coffee machine and air fryer.

General: Luxury Eden Bed linen and house towels are provided. The owners also provide dog towels. The property has full gas central heating which is underfloor downstairs. There are also 2 wood burner fires (starter kit included).

Dining: The open plan dining area has a wood burner nestled in an exposed brick fireplace and a large table with seating for 8. In the kitchen area there is a large island with bar seating for four.

Entertainment: Fibre broadband. Cinema room which features a 65-inch TV with Sonos surround sound and a plush leather corner sofa create the ultimate space for movie nights, complete with a wood burner for cosy evenings. 43 inch TV's in master suite, king and twin rooms.

Outside: Large outdoor patio with glass balustrade and panoramic views over Looe bay, the beach and river mouth. Undercover seating area for dining alfresco and upstairs balcony (due for completion by May 2025). Reserved parking for one car a few minutes walk from the property in the lane that runs behind the rear of the property. Please note there is no rear access to the property from the lane. You will also find free on road parking closeby. There is a Ring doorbell on the exterior by the front door.
