Seaview 2, also known as Jolly Hustins, occupies a fantastic position on the sea front in Looe, with fabulous views and private parking a minute from the door. Arranged over three floors the property offers comfortable accommodation for six guests.
On entering the property there is a bright lounge, kitchen, diner with slate tiled floor. The kitchen area is small but well equipped and has electric oven and hob, fridge, table top freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle, there is a washing machine housed upstairs. The lounge area has two sofas a flat screen TV and DVD player and there is a dining table which seats four or extends to comfortably seat six. The property also has free wifi.
Upstairs on the second floor are two bedrooms, a bright double room which has fantastic views over Looe Bay and along the coastline towards Rame Head and a second twin bedroom which is perfect for children. The first floor houses the second double which again is a lovely bright room with table and chairs in the bay window where guests can sit and enjoy the views. The family bathroom, also on this floor, has a corner bath and large separate shower, wc and wash hand basin. All bedrooms have ample storage space and solid wooden flooring.
The position of this property is undeniably superb with both the beach and rivers edge within a minutes flat walk and Looes many shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs all within a short stroll. The private parking on the doorstep is a huge bonus making it easy for guests to get out and explore the many delights of the surrounding areas.
The property has gas central heating throughout to ensure a cosy stay all year round.
