Seashells is a lovely new build property for four just a couple of minutes walk from the rivers edge. The walk to the centre of East Looe with its shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs is only five minutes, ten to the main beach. Designed to maximise the views of the river the ground floor houses the garages, the first floor the bedrooms and bathroom and upstairs is the open plan lounge kitchen diner. The property is south facing and so light and bright and beautifully furnished in a nautical theme.
A comfortable lounge area has ample seating for four, 32" flat screen TV, DVD player and a selection of books, DVDs and games, the property has free WiFi. This area is open plan to the dining area with good size dining table and four chairs and the kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and cafetiere. Downstairs are the two bedrooms and good size family bathroom with bath and electric shower over. The property has an outside seating area and garage parking underneath for a small car (access to the garage is tight, please read accessibility statement or contact us for further details of parking).

Tickets can be purchased over the phone on arrival.
