The Haven, a luxurious newly built beachfront retreat where contemporary design meets the beauty of the Cornish coast. Nestled on the shores of Plaidy Beach, this stunning four-bedroom bungalow offers uninterrupted panoramic views across Looe Bay from Rame Head to Looe Island. With access from the garden to the beach, stylish interiors, and exceptional attention to detail throughout, The Haven promises the ultimate seaside escape.

As you arrive, private parking for three cars is available and a flight of external steps lead down to this remarkable single-level home, where light floods in through expansive windows and vaulted ceilings create a wonderful sense of space and tranquility.

Step inside to a bright and welcoming hallway, tiled for a cool, coastal feel. To the front of the house, the beautifully appointed master bedroom features a super king-size bed, vaulted ceiling, and a large picture window framing breathtaking sea views — a peaceful spot to wake to the sound of the waves. Also accessed from the entrance hallway are a twin bedroom, with the same fabulous sea views, a charming bunk room with solid wooden bunks, a sleek family bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower, and a separate cloakroom, ensure practicality and comfort for guests. The fourth bedroom lies to the far side of the living area and is a king bedroom, complete with an ensuite shower room and French doors that open directly onto the patio — an idyllic spot for morning coffee as the sun rises over the sea.

At the heart of the home lies the showstopping open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area — a space designed to draw the outside in. Floor-to-ceiling glass at the gable end floods the room with natural light and captures the mesmerising coastal panorama beyond. Two plush three-seater sofas and an armchair are perfectly positioned to make the most of the views, while a large dining table for eight invites relaxed family gatherings.

The kitchen is as stylish as it is functional, featuring sleek quartz worktops, integrated Bosch appliances, an induction hob, built-in oven and microwave, and a Sage Nespresso coffee machine (Creastista Plus)for that perfect morning brew. Outside, a spacious slate-tiled terrace with glass balustrade ensures uninterrupted views of the sparkling water.
