Modern, pet friendly property with lovely river views, parking and wifi.
Three Ways is aptly named as the position of the property is such that you can see both the East and West Looe tributaries of the river and where they join and flow out to sea together. It is a bright and welcoming house with beautiful views which has been recently renovated and furnished with modern furnishings and fixtures throughout.
Steps down from the parking area lead to the garden which has a small grassed area and a furnished deck which has views over Looe bridge in one direction and across to Looe Bay the other way. In the Summertime the deck gets the sun for the majority of the day and right through into the evening. Steps again lead down to the ground floor of the property where there is a back entrance to the property through the kitchen door. The contemporary kitchen is fully fitted with large oven and 5 ring hob including wok ring, extractor, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and breakfast bar with two stools (washing machine and tumble drier are housed in a separate cupboard downstairs). The adjacent lounge/diner has a lovely big bay window from where you can enjoy the views and the wood burning stove gives the room a really homely feel.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is a good sized room with double bed, dressing table and stool, ample built in storage, beautiful views over the river and an ensuite with large walk in shower, wc and wash hand basin. The second bedroom has two foot six twin beds but can be arranged as a super king bed on request, again this room has lovely views. The third bedroom has a four foot double so recommended for use by one guest. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc and wash hand basin. All rooms are bright with contemporary furnishings throughout.
Three Ways has parking for two cars, an electric vehicle car charger, welcomes one well behaved pet and is only a short distance from Looe town centre, although the walk is down hill and involves steep steps on the way back up! The position of this property and all it has to offer make it the perfect holiday home for many guests and with gas central heating throughout and a wood burning stove (starter supply of logs provided) guests can be sure of a comfortable stay all year round.

David, Linda & Billy the Springer Spaniel - 31/10/2020Thank you for a very comfy stay. Lovely views, peace and tranquility. Nice to see the autumn colours creeping in. keep up the good work!
Steve, Trish and Barney the Dog - 16/10/2020Wonderful week in the autumn sun during these crazy COVID days! Great food in great pubs, eg. Fishermans Arms (Tribute Ale) and Harbour Moon (the best starters anywhere). Loved the surf beaches on the north coast and the quaint caves on the south coast, but Cornwall is massive - you can only scratch the surface in a week, but we loved it and your comfy house - Thank you!
MacArthur Family - 09/10/2020This was our fourth stay in Looe and the views from this property were by far the best. What a fantastic property with everything you need. What an amazing tribute to Neil. We have been lucky with the weather so have done lots of walking. Had a lovely meal at the Smugglers Cott where we felt very safe. It has been a very enjoyable holiday. Thank you.
Simon & Lisa - 25/09/2020Our second visit to Three Ways which lived up to our expectations of the first. Really impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Weather was mixed but didn't ruin our plans and because the house is so cosy you can easily dry off and get warm. Would recommend 'Papa Nino' Italian in town, it's tiny so you need to book ahead, the fresh fish is amazing!
Tony, Paula, Harry, Harvey, Lillie & George the Dog - 21/08/2020Great location to explore a part of Cornwall that we don't know. Mostly good weather - windy at the end. Do have lunch at Island View Cafe and prepare to queue for fish and chips at Coddy Shack - both highly recommend.
