Modern, pet friendly property with lovely river views, parking and wifi.
Three Ways is aptly named as the position of the property is such that you can see both the East and West Looe tributaries of the river and where they join and flow out to sea together. It is a bright and welcoming house with beautiful views which has been recently renovated and furnished with modern furnishings and fixtures throughout.
Steps down from the parking area lead to the garden which has a small grassed area and a furnished deck which has views over Looe bridge in one direction and across to Looe Bay the other way. In the Summertime the deck gets the sun for the majority of the day and right through into the evening. Steps again lead down to the ground floor of the property where there is a back entrance to the property through the kitchen door. The contemporary kitchen is fully fitted with large oven and 5 ring hob including wok ring, extractor, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and breakfast bar with two stools (washing machine and tumble drier are housed in a separate cupboard downstairs). The adjacent lounge/diner has a lovely big bay window from where you can enjoy the views and the wood burning stove gives the room a really homely feel.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is a good sized room with double bed, dressing table and stool, ample built in storage, beautiful views over the river and an ensuite with large walk in shower, wc and wash hand basin. The second bedroom has two foot six twin beds but can be arranged as a super king bed on request, again this room has lovely views. The third bedroom has a four foot double so recommended for use by one guest. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc and wash hand basin. All rooms are bright with contemporary furnishings throughout.
Three Ways has parking for two cars, an electric vehicle car charger, welcomes one well behaved pet and is only a short distance from Looe town centre, although the walk is down hill and involves steep steps on the way back up! The position of this property and all it has to offer make it the perfect holiday home for many guests and with gas central heating throughout and a wood burning stove (starter supply of logs provided) guests can be sure of a comfortable stay all year round.
Please read the accessibility statement in the facilities tab for further info and details about the walk in to Looe town.

David, Linda & Dog Dilly - 06/11/2021The views!!! La Bocca for pizza! Kelly's for fish and chips! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful holiday home, it has been a pleasure.
Martin, Rachel, Amy, Isaac, Charlotte & Bracken - 29/10/2021We loved staying in your house - the views are stunning. We used it as a base for our walking of the South West Coast Path! We have now done 660km! Thank you so much....
Chris & Angela - 08/10/2021This is our second time visiting and as like last time the accommodation has been sublime. We enjoyed the excellent views and the close proximity to town. Also, I would highly recommend the coastal walk to Polperro.
Jonathon, Henry & Daniel - 17/09/2021This is our third time at Three Ways. It's the perfect location as you have the town and beautiful views on your doorstep, plus lovely walks and beaches all around you. The house is so light and airy, in addition to cosy at the same time. We had sunshine constantly up until the last three days but not one drop of rain! Waterpark at Adrenaline Quarry is such good fun and this year we tried The Arch, great and huge portions.
Tony, Paula, Harry, Linda & George - 03/09/2021Another truly wonderful stay in Looe - our 20th year here! We've never stayed so far from the front but cannot fault the beautiful accommodation here, so comfy, spacious and truly lovely views! We've had such a great week - thank you!
