Woodview in Looe has been fully refurbished and the property is modern and comfortable throughout also having lovely outside areas for guests to enjoy.
Accessed via steps down from a private garage the property has two small terraces to the side of the property and to the front there is a large deck all with views of Looe river. There is also a BBQ area and a gas BBQ is stored in the shed for guests use. On the ground floor of the property is the lounge diner and kitchen. The galley kitchen is fully fitted and includes gas oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and microwave. There is an extendable dining table and 6 chairs in the bay window and the lounge has 40" flat screen TV and DVD player. The soft seating is limited in the lounge for 6 guests but dining chairs can be used.
Upstairs is the master bedroom which is a good size room with standard double bed and lovely views over the river, it has an en suite bathroom with bath, hand held shower attachment, wc and wash hand basin. The second room is also a double room again with lovely views and the small room is a bunk room perfect for children. There is a second shower room with wet shower, wc and wash hand basin.
Woodview has free wifi and is only a very short walk from the centre of Looe, its bustling fishing port, shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs and the main Looe beach (5 minutes on the way down the hill - maybe a little longer on the way back up!) Lovingly renovated inside and out and with the bonus of garage parking this property will appeal to many and we look forward to welcoming our first guests.

The access to the property is quite steep so only suitable for the physically able. The bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 but as photos show the living space is limited for 6. The walk down in to Looe town is short but involves approximately 80 steps. No smoking and no pets.
